I never fathomed how easy purchasing a property out of state could be, and that’s solely because of Daniele Gordon and her service throughout the home purchase process. Being outside of Miami, and not being able to be there to physically see the place we purchased, she really made us feel as though we were. She really worked for us beyond our expectations. She had great communication during the process and, timely on-going communication, and then, most importantly, through the inspection and closing process, all of her recommendations were A-list. She’s a true pro. If I could recommend her to everyone I would, and I do believe --there is only one realtor to use in Florida,--and that is Daniele Gordon. She pretty much became part of our extended family as a result of our purchase process, which I’m ever so grateful for. I'll never use another realtor and neither should you. She aided in my rental so I knew there was no one else I’d depend on to walk me through my purchasing journey. She was always professional and tentative. We seen houses after houses and she never once discouraged me on seeing one. It takes a special type of patience to deal with my personality and crazy schedule having 4kids and everything else.
